How to Grant Access to Your Accounts

Please follow the instructions below to securely grant us access so we can begin diagnosing and fixing your GMC issues.

✅ Grant Access to Google Merchant Center

  1. Go to Google Merchant Center.
  2. Log in with your GMC account.
  3. Click the tools icon (gear) in the top-right corner → Select “Account Access.”
  4. Click “Add User.”
  5. Enter this email: fixgmcissues1@gmail.com
  6. Set user role to Admin.
  7. Click “Add user.”

✅ Grant Access to Your Shopify Store (if applicable)

  1. Log in to your Shopify admin dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings → Users and permissions.
  3. Click “Add staff” or “Collaborator.”
  4. Enter this email: fixgmcissues1@gmail.com
  5. Grant access to necessary sections:
    • Products
    • Apps
    • Online Store
    • Settings
  6. Click Send Invite.

✅ Grant Access to Your WordPress Admin (if using WooCommerce)

  1. Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Go to Users → Add New.
  3. Set the email as: fixgmcissues1@gmail.com
  4. Assign a username (e.g., fixgmc).
  5. Set the Password as fixgmcissues1@gmail.com
  6. Set the role to Administrator.
  7. Click “Add New User.”
